▼) or [F3] (▲) to highlight the document you want
to delete
➞ press [OK].
The message <OK TO DELETE?> is displayed.

Press [F3] (YES).
If you do not want to delete the document, press (NO).
The selected document is deleted.
NOTE
• The document that is currently being printed cannot be deleted.
• If you select a document that is currently being received, the message <CANCEL
DURING TX/RX?> is displayed. Press
(YES) to cancel receiving the
document.
