Printing the Activity Report
Follow this procedure to print a list of the previous 40 transactions on your machine.
An activity report contains the start time of the transaction, destination, sender
name, transaction number, transaction mode, total number of pages transmitted,
and transmission result, of each transaction.

For report samples, see “Report Samples,” on p. 15-2.

Press [FAX].

Open all three one-touch speed dialing panels

[Report].
The REPORT menu appears on the display.

Press [F3] (
▼) or [F4] (▲) to highlight <01 ACTIVITY REPORT>
➞ press [OK].
Each time you press (

▲), the next or previous menu option
becomes highlighted.
The activity report is printed.
