9.1.2 OAM Mode
To set OAM Mode to either Active or Passive mode:
1. Type 2 and press <Enter>. The User Port column entry will be highlighted.
2. If you wish to change the User Port setting, use <Space> to change between Active and
Passive, then press <Enter> to lock in the setting and move to the Extension Port column.
3. If you do not want to change the User Port entry, use <Tab> to move the highlight to the
Extension Port entry. Use <Space> to change between Active and Passive, then press
<Enter> to lock in the setting.
9.1.3 OAM Loopback Command
To set OAM Loopback Command to either Start Remote Loopback, End Remote Loopback, or
No Loopback:
1. Type 3 and press <Enter>. The User Port column entry will be highlighted.
2. If you wish to change the User Port setting, use <Space> to change between Start
Remote Loopback, Stop Remote Loopback, or No Loopback, then press <Enter> to lock
in the setting and move to the Extension Port column.
3. If you do not want to change the User Port entry, use <Tab> to move the highlight to the
Extension Port entry. Use <Space> to change between Start Remote Loopback, Stop
Remote Loopback, or No Loopback, then press <Enter> to lock in the setting.
9.1.4 Process Rx Loopback OAMPDU
To modify the Process Rx Loopback OAMPDU settings:
1. Type 4 and press <Enter>. The User Port column entry will be highlighted.
2. If you wish to change the User Port setting, use <Space> to change between Yes and No,
then press <Enter> to lock in the setting and move to the Extension Port column.
3. If you do not want to change the User Port entry, use <Tab> to move the highlight to the
Extension Port entry. Use <Space> to change between Yes and No, then press <Enter>
to lock in the setting.
9.1.5 Process Rx Link Fault Flag
To modify the Process Rx Link Fault Flags settings:
1. Type 5 and press <Enter>. The User Port column entry will be highlighted.
2. If you wish to change the User Port setting, use <Space> to change between Yes and No,
then press <Enter> to lock in the setting and move to the Extension Port column.
3. If you do not want to change the User Port entry, use <Tab> to move the highlight to the
Extension Port entry. Use <Space> to change between Yes and No, then press <Enter>
to lock in the setting.
