1. Open the 452 ON_SCREEN DISPLAY menu.

2. Move the cursor to VIDEO INPUT DISP. and select ON

or OFF with the or ► button. The default setting is
ON.

ON: Enables the display of the currently designated

video input.

OFF: Disables the display.

3. Move the cursor to TITLE DISP. and select ON or OFF

with the or ► button. The default setting is ON.

ON: Enables the title display.
OFF: Disables the display.

4. Move the cursor to CLOCK DISP. and select ON or

OFF with the or ► button. The default setting is ON.

ON: Enables the time and date display.
OFF: Disables the display.

453 CABLE COMPENSATION (Transmitter only)

Picture quality is lowered as long as the cable is extended
between the transmitter and the camera. Compensation is
applied to the transmitter in three degrees with assumption
that RG'59/U, BELDEN 9259 or equivalent cable is used.
The default setting is S.

1. Open the 453 CABLE COMPENSATION menu.

2. Move the cursor to CAMERA 1 and select S, M or L

with the or ► button.

S (Short): Up to 400 m (1 300 ft)
M (Middle): From 400 m {1 300 ft) to 700 m (2 300 ft)
L (Long): From 700 m (2 300 ft) to 900 m (3 000 ft)

3. Repeat above step for the remaining cameras.

460 ALARM (Transmitter only)

Alarm sensors are connected with a transmitter unit, and

are located at where the camera aims or associated

places. If a connected sensor operates, the transmitter unit

will notify the Control site of the alarm activation during
standby mode. Then the unit starts communication to trans­
mit image and audio. The 460 ALARM menu lets you select
and set up the 461 ALARM SETUP, 462 to 464 ALARM

DIALING TABLES and 465 ALARM PORT SETUP. For more
information, see SENSOR OPERATION in APPENDIX.

1. Open the 460 ALARM menu.

2. Select 461, 462, 463, 464 or 465 with the A or ▼ but­

ton, then press the ENTER.
The selected menu appears.

LEVEL or EDGE (OPEN CLOSE) with the ^ or ► but­

ton. The default setting is EDGE (CLOSE).
