4. To add a new word, type it and press [RETURNI. The new word will be inserted

in the list in alphabetical order. The system will tell you if you try to input a

word that already exists in the user dictionary.

NOTES:

• On the User Dictionary screen, the keyboard is automatically set to KB: I.

• if you have added words to the user dictionary, you must save the user dictio­

nary onto a diskette before turning the power off. (See “Saving the User Dic­

tionary” on page 115.)

5. To return to normal typing, press IniEl.

To find a specific entry faster, press [CODEI + MCBOJ (@)) to go closer to the

word that you want to select. A message will ask you to enter the first letter of

the word:

2. To exit the user dictionary maintenance screen, select EXIT and press

3. To delete a word, first select the word from the user dictionary screen. Press
