1. To copy the data of a label (or a part of it), position the cursor on the first

character to be copied.

2.

Press iMENUl to display the function menu.

Use (3

nd O to select

DATA COPY

and press IBEOWHI. This message will

appear:

Move cursor to end of block to copy and press RETURN.

Accelerator: Instead of (3), type “C”.

Short cut: Instead of (2) and (3), press

Use (3 or (3 to mark the text (within the label) that you want to copy and

press WFUMW. This message will appear:

Move cursor to destination for blocked text and press RETURN.

5.

Move the cursor to the destination position and press

IRETURNI

. The marked

text is inserted at the destination position.

NOTE:

You can press

[CANCELI

at any time to cancel the operation.

Inserting a Blank Record

1. Position the cursor on the record where you want to insert a blank record.

Press [MENUi to display the function menu.

Use s and (3 fo select

and press tRETURWI or QQ to display the

sub-menu.

Accelerator: Instead of (3), type “R”.

and Q3 to select

INSERT

and press [RETURNl. The insertion takes

place immediately.

Accelerator: Instead of (4), type T.

Short cut: Instead of (2), (3), and (4), press

fCODEl + d].

When you insert a blank record, the record which was initially selected and all

records below are pushed down. The cursor rests on the blank record so that you

can enter new data.
