A single record contains the variable text that will be inserted in a single letter of
the WP application. The ietter contains Merge symbols Ml, M2, M3, etc. The order
in which the Merge symbols are inserted in the letter does not matter. The word
processor will always replace a Merge symbol Ml, with the data found in label Ml.
The file can contain a maximum of 99 records, each made of a maximum of 20
iabeis. The size of a label can be set to 7, 15, 23,...71 characters.
