The accessories provided with your Modei
2001 sewing machine are designed to help
you do many kinds of sewing easily.
1. Transparent Bobbins (No. 181551)
2. Needles
— In flat plastic pack
• Style 2020 for general sewing.
• Style 2045 for sewing knits, stretch
fabrics and elastic.
• Style 2025t for twin-needle decora
tive stitching on woven and knit
fabrics.
— In plastic tube
• Style 2040t for hemstitching.
3. Straight Stitch Foot and Straight Stitch
Needle Plate. Use these when your
fabric or sewing procedure requires
close control. Numbers on needle plate
indicate distance from needle in eighths
of an inch.
These accessories, recommended for all
straight stitch sewing, are especially
helpful for edge stitching and collar
pointing, or for stitching delicate or
spongy fabrics.
4. Zipper Foot for inserting zippers and
stitching corded seams.

Use these needles with the general
purpose needle plate and general purpose or
special purpose foot
only.
Do not use any other
accessories with these needles as needle
breakage will occur.
