4-line/33 Key Printer Only. This mode allows you to enter
lower-case letters. When you are in Lower-case Alpha mode, the
cursor is an underscore and the r indicator appears on the left
side of the display as shown.

To use Lower-case Alpha mode:

1. When you are in Numeric/Normal mode, press s twice to

enter Lower-case mode.

2. Enter your data.

3. Press s to return to Numeric/Normal mode.

S p e c i a l K e y C o m b i n a t i o n s

You can switch between modes temporarily to enter combination
upper-case/lower-case/numeric data. For example, you may need
to enter a part number which includes numeric and alpha
characters (123AB45).

1. Enter 123.

1. Enter 123.

2. Hold s and enter AB.

2. Press f, s, then enter AB.

3. Release s and enter 45.

3. Press f, s, then enter 45.
