STATEMENT OF LIMITED WARRANTY
Process Control Kft., Manufacturer of the SeedMaster 2 device warrants the Buyer that the instrument
is free from defects in material and workmanship. The warranty is limited to repairing the defective
parts free of charge within 24 months of delivery from the Manufacturer. In order to reduce costs, the
instrument may be returned by Buyer only after permission has been granted from Process Control
Kft. Buyer will prepay all freight charges to return the instrument to the Manufacturer and back to
Buyer.
The limited warranty does not cover losses or damages that may occur during shipment to or from
Buyer or those caused by improper installation, maintenance, misuse or neglect.
Process Control Ltd.’s liability shall not in any case exceed the price of the instrument and the
Manufacturer shall in no event be liable for any loss of profits, loss of use of facilities or equipment or
other indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
