10.7 Stack Preview

After cues are recorded to the XC Cue Stack, preview features are used to

modify those existing cues. New features in the latest XC release track preview

with the advancing Cue Stack, making editing multiple cues faster and easier.


Preview is available from the Run Stack screen. Click ‘preview’ on screen, or
press the ‘preview’ button.


The screen background changes to Green, indicating that the displayed levels

and selections no longer match the stage view. In the upper left, the Cue data

field shows the cue being previewed.

Levels can be adjusted in the main preview screen, the Details screen is used to

change attributes such as color, beam properties and position.

While in Preview mode, if the Go button is pressed, the Preveiw scene will

automatically advance with the cue stack. This allows editing a string of cues

quickly. The work flow would be to preview, edit, save, then press GO to advance
