Changing and Deleting Permit ID No.

Display the screen.
[System Menu/Counter] key > [▲] [▼] key > [FAX] > [OK] key > [▲] [▼] key >
[TX/RX Restrict.] > [OK] key > [▲] [▼] key > [Permit ID List] > [OK] key

Change/Delete.
Changing

Select the Permit ID No. to be changed.

Select the [OK] key.

Use the numeric keys to reenter the Permit ID number.

Select the [OK] key.
Deleting

Select the Permit ID No. to be deleted.

[Menu] > [▲] [▼] key > [Delete] > [OK] key > [Yes]
Setting Send Restriction
Restrict the other parties to which you send originals only to the ones registered in Permit FAX No. and Permit ID No. as
well as the ones registered in the Address Book. To change the sending restriction, follow the steps below.

Display the screen.
[System Menu/Counter] key > [▲] [▼] key > [FAX] > [OK] key > [▲] [▼] key >
[TX/RX Restrict.] > [OK] key > [▲] [▼] key > [TX Restriction] > [OK] key

Configure the function.
[Off] or [Permit+Addr Book] > [OK] key
To restrict the other parties to which you send originals only to the ones registered in Permit
FAX No. and Permit ID No. as well as the ones registered in the Address Book, select [Permit
+ Addr Book].
