Login/Logout
Logging in when User Accounting has been Enabled
When user accounting has been enabled, you need to enter a User ID and Password to use the machine.
Login

Enter the login user name.

If this screen is displayed during operations, select the [OK] key while the column for
entering a login user name is selected.

Enter the login user name using the numeric keys and select the [OK] key.

Enter the login password.

Select the login password and select the [OK] key.

Enter the login password and select the [OK] key.

Select [Login].
Logout
To logout from the machine, select the [Authentication/Logout] key to return to the login user
name/login password entry screen.
NOTE
• If [Netwk Authentic.] is selected as the user authentication method, [Menu] is
displayed. Select [Menu] and select [Login Type] and then it is possible to select the
authentication destination as [Local Authentic.] or [Netwk Authentic.].
• Select [Menu] and select [Domain] and then it is possible to select from the domains
registered.
NOTE
If “Login Operation” is [Select Character], then the screen is displayed to enter details
by selecting from the characters on the message display.
