Polling Error
The remote fax machine
you want to poll is not
ready to respond to
your poll.
Or, when setting up to
poll another fax
machine, you have used
an incorrect poll code.
The remote operator should
know in advance that you are
polling and have the fax
machine loaded with the
original document.
Enter the correct poll code.
No Cartridge
The Toner cartridge is
not installed or you
have installed an
unauthorized cartridge.
Install the toner cartridge.
When you see the “No
Cartridge” message after
installing the cartridge, install
a Samsung-approved
cartridge.
No. Not Assigned
(only for SCX-6320F)
The speed dial location
has no number
assigned.
Dial the number manually
using the number keypad or
assign the number. See the
Facsimile User’s Guide.
No Paper
The paper in the paper
Tray has run out.
Load the paper in the paper
Tray.
Replace Drum
The drum cartridge is at
the end of its life.
Replace the drum cartridge.
See page 7.7.
RX Tray Full
Paper is overstocked in
the output bin.
Remove the paper.
Paper Jam 0
Paper has jammed in
the paper feeding area
of the Tray.
Clear the jam. See page 8.5.
Paper Jam 1
Paper has jammed in
the fuser area.
Clear the jam. See page 8.7.
Paper Jam 2
Paper has jammed in
the paper exit area.
Clear the jam. See page 8.8.
Power failure
Power has turned off
then on and the
machine’s memory has
not been saved.
You need to start again the job
which you were trying to do
before the power failure.
