Adding Addresses to the Group
1 If you select “Add”, the display shows “To” on the top line.
2 Enter an e-mail address that you want to include in the
group and then press Enter. You can directly enter an e-
mail address using the alphabet keypad.
You can also retrieve an e-mail address from the local or
global addressbook by pressing Address Book. Select
“Local” or “Global” according to the addressbook type. The
local addressbook contains e-mail addresses stored in your
machine. The global addressbook shows the addresses
retrieved from the configured LDAP server. For details about
the addressbook, see page 9.2 and page 9.7. By default
Global Address book will be used.
When a set of characters or numbers is entered, the user
can press Address Book and select “Local” or “Global”. The
closest matching entries are shown.
3 Enter the name of the recipient and then press Enter. If the
e-mail address is taken from the Address Book then this
field can not be edited.
4 When the display shows “Another Address?” select “Add”
and then press Enter.
When you finish adding the addresses, select “Done” when
the display shows “Another Address?” and then press
Enter .
5 Repeat steps 1 through 4 to add additional addresses in the
group. The maximum number of addresses you can enter is
9.
Deleting Addresses from the Group
1 If you select “Delete”, e-mail addresses in the group are
displayed.
2 Press the scroll buttons to move up and down the list to
select an entry and press Enter to delete the entry.
