Place the document face down on the scanner glass and
close the cover.
3 Close the document cover completely. A slanted cover may
cause light exposure when scanning.
N OTE : Make sure that documents are not in the DADF. If any
document is detected in the DADF, that document has priority over
the document on the glass plate.
