Press the scroll buttons until “Group Dials” displays on the
bottom line and then press Enter.

Press the scroll buttons until “New” displays on the bottom
line and then press Enter.

Enter a group number between 0 to 199 using the number
keypad and then press Enter.
If a number is already stored in the location you chose, the
displays shows “Delete?” to allows you to delete the
number. To start over with another speed-dial number,
press Upper Level or to delete, press Enter when
“Delete?” displays.

The display asks you to enter a speed dial number. Enter
the speed dial number you want to include in the group or
press the scroll buttons to display the speed dial number
entries and then press Enter.
Or, press the one-touch dial button you want to store and
press Enter.
7 Repeat the step 6 to enter other speed dial numbers or one-
touch dial numbers into the group.
8 Press Upper Level when you finish entering speed dial
number in the group. The display asks you to enter ID.
9 To assign a name to the group, enter the desired name
using the E-mail keyboard. If you do not want to assign a
name, skip this procedure.
10 Press Enter when the name appears correctly or without
entering a name.
11 If you want to assign another group, repeat from step 4.
Or
To return to Standby mode, press Stop/Clear.
N OTE : You cannot include one group dial number in another
group dial number.
