Using Fax Features
Junk Fax Setup : You can register junk fax numbers. The fax
messages come from the numbers you store are restricted from
your machine.
Secure Receive : You can keep your received faxes from being
accessed by unauthorised people.
When a fax is received in the secure receiving mode, your
machine stores it into the memory and displays “Secure
Receive” to let you know that there is a fax stored.
Stamp RCV name : The machine can automatically print the
page number, and the time and date at the bottom of each page
of received documents.
Fax Duplex :/With this option enabled, you can print 2-sided fax
pages. You can select “Long Edge” or “Short Edge” according to
the desired binding orientation. Setting “Off” turns the feature
off.
1 Press Menu until “Fax Features” displays on the top line.

Press the scroll buttons until the desire option is displays
and press Enter.
3 Press the scroll buttons to select the desired status or use
the number keypad to enter the desired value for the option
you have selected.
4 Press Enter to save the selection.
5 If necessary, repeat steps 2 through 4.
6 To return to idle mode, press Stop/Clear.
