Editing a Group Mail
1 Refer to steps from 1 to 3 on page 10.2.
2 Press the scroll buttons until “Edit” displays on the bottom
line and then press Enter.
3 Enter the group number you want to edit and then press
Enter
.
4 When the display shows “Group Name” on the top line you
can edit the Group Name and press Enter.
5 When the confirming message appears on the top line, use
the scroll buttons to select “View”, “Add”, “Delete” and press
Enter .

When you finish, press Stop/Clear to return to the idle
mode.
Viewing the Group Entries
1 If you select “View”, e-mail addresses in the group are
displayed.
2 Press the scroll buttons to move up and down the list.
3 When you finish, press Stop/Clear to return to the idle
mode.
