When a set of characters or numbers is entered, the user
can press Address Book and select “Local” or “Global”. The
closest matching entries are shown.
8 Enter the name of the recipient and then press Enter. If the
e-mail address is taken from the Address Book then this
field can not be edited.
9 When the display shows “Another Address?”, select “Add”
and then press Enter.
When you finish adding the addresses, select “Done” when
the display shows “Another Address?” and then press
Enter .
10 Repeat steps 7 through 9 to add additional addresses in the
group.
11 To return to idle mode, press Stop/Clear.
Deleting a Group
1 Refer to steps from 1 to 3 on page 10.2.
2 Press the scroll buttons until “Delete” displays on the
bottom line and then press Enter.
3 Enter the group number you want to delete and then press
Enter
. If the group number is not configured, the “Not
Configured” error message will be displayed.
4 When the confirming message appears, select “Yes” and
then press Enter. The selected group will be deleted.
Selecting “No” will take you back to step 3.
5 If you want to delete another group, repeat steps 2 through
4. To return to idle mode, press Stop/Clear.
