Mail Box
This menu allows you to store a document in a mailbox, to
delete a document in a mailbox, to print a mailbox and to poll a
mailbox.
Setting Up a Mailbox
This feature allows you to program up to 15 individual
mailboxes. Each mailbox has a corresponding mailbox number,
name and password. The mailbox password is used to print the
mailbox content locally or retrieve remotely using the mailbox
poll feature.
Creating a Mailbox
1 Press Menu until “Sys. Admin Tools” displays on the top
line.
2 Press the scroll buttons until “Mailbox Setup” displays on
the bottom line and then press Enter.
3 Press the scroll buttons until “Create” displays on the
bottom line and then press Enter.
4 Select “Set_Conf_Mbx” or “Set_Bull_Mbx” and press Enter.
The number of mail box you can make is 15.

Enter a box number.
6 The display asks you if you want to set security. Select “Yes”
or “No” and press Enter.
7 If you select “Yes”, enter passcode and then enter ID.
8 The display asks you if you want to add another ID. Select
“Yes” or “No”.
