Your original document is divided into 9
portions. Each portion is scanned and
printed one by one in the following order:
7 When copying is completed, press Special Copy repeatedly
until “Off” appears on the bottom line and press Enter to
cancel the Poster feature.
Copying ID Card
The ID Card Copy feature allows you to copy both sides of the
ID, for example a drivers license, to a single side of paper.
1 Load the document to be copied on the document glass,
and close the cover.
2 Make sure that you have selected the required paper tray.
See page 4.2.
3 Press Special Copy to enter the special feature.
4 Press Special Copy repeatedly or the scroll buttons to
display “ID Card Copy” on the bottom line.

Press Enter to save the selection.
6 Press Start to begin copying.
7 The loaded side is scanned into the memory then “ID 2
Sided Copy Set Backside” appears.
Turn over the ID card keeping the same location as step 1
and press Start.
