The display may show “Loging Off...” according to the e-mail
option settings. For details, see page 7.4.

If you select “Yes” using the scroll buttons and then press

Enter

, you will be logged-out from the system. If you select

“No”, the display shows “To:” for another e-mail sending.

You can press

after selecting at least one recipient

address in step 7 and then you will be prompted with “From”. After

pressing

Enter

in “From”, the mail sending will use the default

values for the next steps.

Entering Text from the Alphabet
Keypad

You can enter text using the Alphabet keypad available in front

of the machine.

It contains keys to enter English characters from a to z.

You can use Shift or set Caps Lock to enter upper case letters.

Caps Lock

On/Off will be indicated by a LED.

Space

can be used to enter a space.

Delete

can be used to delete a single character.

Backspace

can be used to delete a character to the left of the

cursor.

Tab

can be used to insert a Tab Space.

Insert

can be used to either replace or insert characters.

A separate .com can be used while entering an e-mail address

and domain name.

All other special characters can also be entered using the

Alphabet Keypad.
