Phonebook
Handset 2 (Sender):
1 Press .
2 Press or until the arrow points
to “ Send Phonebook ”, then press .
•
The phonebook is displayed.
3 Press . Press or until the
arrow points to “ Copy Forward ”, then
press .
•
“ Copy Proceeding ” is on the display
and all forwarded information in the
phonebook is copied.
•
After copying is completed, a long beep
sounds and “
Copy Complete ” is
displayed.
•
After a few seconds, the display will return
to intercom call.
•
If “ Copy Incomplete ” is displayed, the
receiver handset memory is full.
•
If “ Copy Failure ” is displayed, the
receiver and/or sender did not prepare for
copying within 60 seconds.
Handset 1 (Receiver):
1 During an intercom call, press .
2 Press or until the arrow points
to “ Recv Phonebook ”, then press .

“ Copy Proceeding ” is on the display.
