Add
Rdest = Rsrc + ( signed short ) imm16;
[Description]
ADD3 adds the 16-bit immediate value to Rsrc and puts the result in Rdest. The immediate
value is sign-extended to 32 bits before the operation.
The condition bit (C) is unchanged.
