Rdest = ( unsigned ) Rdest + ( unsigned ) Rsrc + C;
C = carry_out ? 1 : 0;
[Description]
ADDX adds Rsrc and C to Rdest, and puts the result in Rdest.
The condition bit (C) is set when the addition result cannot be represented by a 32-bit unsigned
integer; otherwise it is cleared.
