In the Display Filter pane, specify information you want to display in the list.

Click Set to close the Display Filter pane.

NOTE:

To restore the list to the default status (that is, the status before filtering), click Reset in the Display Filter

pane, and click Set in the same pane.

If you change settings in the Display Filter pane, the changes remain in effect during the Continuous

Access XP Journal session until you reset the settings.

Display Filter pane

The Display Filter pane displays the following:

Port: Select the port to be displayed. To display all ports, select ALL.

NOTE:

You can specify the port number with two characters. For instance, you can abbreviate

CL1-A to 1A. You can also enter the port number in both lowercase and uppercase characters.

Host Group: Select the host group to be displayed. To display all host groups, select ALL.

JNL Group: Select the journal group to be displayed. To display all journal groups, select ALL.

Mirror: Select the mirror to be displayed. To display all mirrors, select ALL.

P-VOL/S-VOL: Select the type of volumes to be displayed.
• To display all primary data volumes, select P-VOL.
• To display all secondary data volumes, select S-VOL.
• To display all primary and secondary data volumes, select ALL.

CLPR: Select CLPR to be displayed. If you select ALL, all CLPRs appear in the list.

Internal/External VOL: Specifies if internal or external volumes appear in the list.
If you select ALL, all internal and external volumes appear in the list.

Status: Specify pair statuses. The volumes of the specified statues are displayed in the list.

Set: Applies settings in the Display Filter pane to the list.

Reset: Restores all options in the Display Filter pane to the default state. All drop-down lists display ALL.

All check boxes are selected.

Saving pair status information to a text file

Use the Continuous Access XP Journal snapshot function to save information about pair status in a text file.

This text file is called a snapshot file.
