Connect an extender bracket to each mounting bracket using two SEMS
10-32x5/8 screws (Figure 2–4); just finger–tighten the screws.

Insert an alignment washer into each of the eight rail holes marked M
(Figure 2–5).

Attach each mounting bracket to the rack rails by inserting SEMS
10-32x5/8 screws through the alignment washers into the bracket holes;
tighten all the screws.
6.
Tighten the four screws that connect the extender brackets to the
mounting brackets.
