− Switch over injection valve on 838 to "Fill"

− Move needle to rinsing beaker *

− Position lift with needle to special position *

− Set dosing rate

− Eject 3.5 ml of ultra-pure water (prepare pipet.)

− Move needle to sample

− Form air bubble

− Move lift with needle to working position *

− Set dosing rate

− Aspirate 3 ml of sample **

− Move needle to rinsing beaker

− Move lift with needle to special position

− Compensate for mech. play of Dosino coupling

− Waiting time

− Move injection valve on 838 to "Inject" position

− Waiting time

− Set dosing rate

− Sample volume is dosed

− Waiting time

− Switch over injection valve on 838 to "Fill"

− Set dosing rate

− Eject rest of sample into rinsing beaker

− Set injection valve on 838 to "Inject" position

− Waiting time

− Set dosing rate

− Dilution volume (ultra-pure water) is dosed

− Set stirring speed

− Switch over injection valve on 838 to "Fill"

− Switch over injection valve on 820 to "Fill"

− Set delivery rate

− Transfer diluted sample to sample loop

− Trigger autozero on 819/1 IC Detector

− Switch over injection valve on 820 to "Inject"

− Set delivery rate

− Mixing vessel is emptied

− Switch on stirrer

− Set injection valve on 838 to "Inject" position

− Set dosing rate

− Rinse mixing vessel with ultra-pure water

− Switch on pump

− Switch over injection valve on 838 to "Fill"

− Empty mixing vessel again

− Switch off pump

− Set injection valve on 838 to "Inject" position

− Set dosing rate

− Rinse mixing vessel again

− Switch over injection valve on 838 to "Fill"

− Set delivery rate

− Switch on pump

− Empty mixing vessel again

− Switch off stirrer

− Waiting time

− Switch off pump

− Fill Dosino for next dilution

* must be predefined in «IC Net»

** max. volume must be taken into account. The sample must

not reach the Dosino cylinder.
