rc Machines’ Model 307 Project Data Acquisition is designed for collect-
ing relevant digital data for each weld and storing the data as weld records on
the power supply for use in quality assurance documentation.
Project Data Acquisition consists of three elements. These are:
1. Weld data records.
2. Digital Data Streaming output.
3. Performance Monitoring.
Weld Data Records
A Weld Data Record consists of a file created at the time the weld was made.
This file contains information about the Weld Schedule, Operator Info, Perfor-
mance Log, Project Info, Power Supply Info, and Fault Setup Information.
Weld Data Records will only be saved for welds with a valid weld ID number.
Existing weld data records will be stored on the power supply. Weld Data
Records can be printed on the internal power supply printer, or exported from
the power supply.
