Remove the six 1/4-20 x 1-inch screws securing the wheel clamp cover. Remove
the cover and set the cover and screws aside.

2 Place the wheel clamp on the carriage. Align the four holes on the wheel clamp
with the holes on the carriage.
3 Secure the wheel clamp to the carriage using four 3/8-16 x 1/2-inch bolts,
lockwashers and flat washers.
