Press System, and Preferences/Default Perferences.
Time Options

Time Format: Sets the absolute time format of the SUI (current time
and timers). The default setting is ISO. Choices are:
ISO displays the time and timers with the yyyy-mm-dd hh:mm:ss
format.
USA displays the time and timers with the mm/dd/yy hh:mm:ss AM/PM
format.

Time Zone: Allows the selection of the time zone source. The default
setting is Local.
UTC/GMT displays the time base on the UTC time zone.
Local displays the time from the FTB-500 unit or from the PC when
using Visual Guardian Lite.
