A 35mV/Pa condenser microphone type CEL-186 is required
(or 80mV/Pa type CEL-190 for C and D models) and should
be screwed no more than finger-tight to the end of the pream-
plifier.

The reference direction of incidence is perpendicular to the
microphone diaphragm.
