Configuring an E-mail Account
IP3072 phone supports both POP3 and SMTP E-mail servers. To receive and send mails
on IP3072 phone, there are some configurations should be done before using it. The
following illustration shows you the parameters should be configured through the Web
Configuration Interface. Please contact with your mail service provider to obtain E-mail
account parameters.
Configuring Busy Lamp Field
The busy lamp field (BLF) feature enables user to monitor the status of lines on remote
phones, display remote party information, and answer incoming calls to remote phones
(called directed call pickup). The parameters you can configure are listed as below.
This feature is dependent on support from a SIP call server. IP3072 phone currently
supports
Broadsoft PBX only. To enable busy lamp field (BLF) on your phone, you will
need to obtain a Broadsoft BLF URL from your SIP service provider and make settings on
SIP tab of the Web Configuration Interface.
