SET UP AN INTERNET E-MAIL ACCOUNT AUTOMATICALLY
You can program your phone with an internet email address so your
address is the default email address.
1 In the Home screen, press left soft key < [Start],
select Messaging and press O [OK].
2 Select an account.
3 Press [Menu] [Option] New Account.
4 In Your name, enter your display name for e-mail
messages.
5 In E-mail address, enter the e-mail address for
this account.
6 Select Attempt to obtain e-mail settings from the
Internet and press Next.
If the account is set up successfully, you will be prompted to
send and receive e-mail. If not, you must press Next and set up
the account manually.

SEND AND RECEIVE INTERNET E-MAIL MESSAGES
Using the PN-820 you can connect to the Internet to send and receive
emails.
1 In the Home screen, press [Start] Messaging.
2 Select the Internet e-mail account for which you
want to send and receive messages.
3 Press [Menu] Send/Receive. The phone
connects to your Internet e-mail server and
sends and receives your messages.
To stop this process, Press [Menu] Stop Send/Receive.
ADD A VOICE RECORDING TO AN E-MAIL MESSAGE
Inserting a voice recording is useful when you want to verbally explain
information that is contained in the message.
1 In the message area of an e-mail message,
Press [Menu] Insert Voice Note.
2 Press Record and [Start] speaking into the
phone’s microphone.
3 When finished speaking, press Stop.
4 Press [Done].
5 Press [Send].
