Sending an Incoming Call to Voicemail
You can send an incoming call directly to voicemail without answering the call using any of the methods in the following
procedure.
To send a call to voicemail:

To retrieve your voicemail messages, see “Voicemail” on page 165 .
IP Phone UI
• Do nothing and let the incoming call go directly to voicemail.
• Pressing the key.
• Press the Key without picking up the handset.
If all of the available lines on your phone are busy, any additional incoming calls go directly to voicemail. Your
phone screen displays a voicemail icon (
) along with the number of waiting messages, if you have
unheard messages (example: x4)
