Missed Calls Indicator
The 6739i phone has a "Missed Call" button that increments the number of missed calls to the phone. This feature is
accessible from the IP phone UI only.
If the Missed Call button is configured, the number of missed calls appear in the Missed Call button.
The number of calls that have not been answered increment on the phone’s idle screen in the Missed Call button (if con-
figured by the System Administrator). If the Missed Call button has not been configured, the number of unanswered calls
increment on the idle screen as "<number> Missed Calls".
As the number of unanswered calls increment, the phone numbers associated with the calls are stored in the Callers List.
The user can access the Callers List by pressing the Missed Call button or by pressing the Callers List key and clear the
call from the list. Once the user accesses the Callers List, the Missed Call button or the "<number> New Calls" on the idle
screen clears.
Accessing and Clearing Missed Calls
Use the following procedure to access and clear missed calls from the Callers List. Once you display the Callers List, the
Missed Call button or the "<number> New Calls" indicator clears.
IP Phone UI
1. Press the Missed Call button or press the key on the phone.
2. Scroll through the items in the Callers List using the and keys.
A RED exclamation point displays next to the entries that were missed calls.
3. To clear a missed call, press the missed call you want to delete and then press the <Delete> key. A “Delete Item”
screen displays.
4. Press <Delete> to delete the item you selected. Press <Delete All> to delete all entries (missed calls and answered
calls) from the Callers List, or press <Cancel> to cancel the delete function.
