3.3 Initial commissioning
Perform the following activities:
 Insert the batteries (see page 97)
 Connect the power pack (see page 19).
 Switch on the meter (see page 21)
 Set the language (see page 25)
 Set the date and time (see page 27)
 Set up the access authorization for electronic keys (see page 29)
