Operation
4.14.2 Computer to PCA 2 Connection &
USB Device Driver Installation
Connect the USB cable (P/N 104-4032) that was suppled wth the PCA 2,
and, f necessary, nstall the analyzer’s USB devce drver as follows:
1. Wth both the PCA 2 and computer turned ON, nsert the appropr-
ate ends of the USB cable nto the USB connectors on the PCA 2 and
computer as shown n Fgure 4-2.
2. If ths s the frst tme the PCA 2 s beng connected to the computer,
then the “Found New Hardware Wzard” should shortly appear. Select
“No, not ths tme” and clck Next>.

Do not search for
software.
NOTE: The USB
device driver
only needs to be
installed once. It
does not require
to be re-installed
each time the
PCA 2 is con-
nected to the
computer.
