6.2 Water Trap / Filter Maintenance
6.2.1 Emptying the Water Trap Chamber
The water trap chamber should be empted after every test, or when the
water condensate approaches the tp of the rser tube (refer to Secton 4.9).
1. Remove water trap chamber per Fgure 6-5.
2. Pour out lqud condensate, and then reassemble trap.
6.2.2 Replacing the Filter Element
Replace the flter element when t becomes vsbly drty or becomes satu-
rated wth water.
Material Required: • Flter Element, P/N 07-1644
• Small Flat Blade Screwdrver
1. Remove water trap chamber per Fgure 6-5.
2. Pry apart flter chamber usng a small flat-blade screwdrver. Remove
and dscard old flter.
3. Install new flter and reassemble flter chamber, makng sure that
surfaces “A” and “B” contact each other.
4. Reassemble trap.
