Lower (bobbin) Threading
Turn power switch to “O”.
1. Raise the needle to its highest position by turning the balance wheel
toward you (counterclockwise) and raise the presser foot lever.
2. Open the shuttle cover behind the extension table on the front of
the machine and remove the bobbin case by pulling its latch to-
ward you and pulling it out from the shuttle race. (fig. A)
3. Unwind about 10 cm (4") of thread from a full bobbin and insert
the bobbin into the bobbin case. (See fig. B-1.) Pull the trailing
thread into the slot, then down and to the left, as shown in fig. B-2,
until it enters the delivery eye under the tension spring. (fig. B-3)
4. Holding the bobbin case by the latch, fully insert the bobbin case
into the shuttle race and release the latch. Make sure the bobbin
case finger fits into the notch at the top of the race as shown in fig. C.
NOTE:
If the bobbin case is not properly placed back into the machine, it will
fall out from the shuttle immediately after starting to sew.

Käännä virtakytkin asentoon "O".
1. Nosta neula yläasentoon kääntämällä käsipyörää itseäsi kohti (vasta-
päivään) ja nosta paininjalan nostovipu.
2. Avaa lisäpöydän takana, koneen etuosassa sijaitsevan sukkulapesän
kansi ja irrota puolakotelo vetämällä sen salpaa itseäsi kohti ja vetä-
mällä se ulos sukkulapesästä (kuva A).
3. Vedä puolasta noin 10 cm (4 tuumaa) lankaa ja aseta puola puola-
koteloon. (Katso kuvaa B-1.) Vedä langanpää puolakotelon uraan ja sit-
ten alas ja vasemmalle kuvan B-2 mukaisesti, kunnes se tarttuu kireyden
säätöjousen alla olevaan ulostuloreikään (kuva B-3).
4. Pidä kiinni puolakotelon salvasta, työnnä puolakotelo sukkulapesään
ja päästä irti salvasta. Varmista, että puolakotelon nipukka asettuu
sukkulapesän yläosassa olevaan loveen kuvan C mukaisesti.
VINKKI :
Jos puolakoteloa ei aseteta kunnolla paikoilleen koneeseen, se putoaa
pois sukkulapesästä heti ompelun alkaessa.

Coloque el interruptor principal en “O”.
1. Levante la aguja a su posición más alta girando la ruedecilla ha-
cia usted (en sentido contrario al de las manecillas de un reloj) y
levante la palanca del prensatelas.
2. Abra la tapa de la lanzadera situada detrás del soporte para ac-
cesorios, en la parte delantera de la máquina, y retire el
portacanillas de la máquina tirando del pestillo hacia usted y sa-
cándola de la lanzadera. (fig. A)
3. Tire unos 10 cm (4") de hilo de una canilla llena e inserte la cani-
lla en el portacanillas. (Ver fig. B-1.) Tire del hilo suelto y páselo
por la hendidura, abajo y hacia la izquierda, tal como se indica en
la fig. B-2, hasta que el hilo pase por la abertura de salida debajo
del resorte de tensión. (fig. B-3)
4. Sujete el portacanillas por el pestillo, introdúzcalo completamen-
te en la lanzadera y suelte el pestillo. Asegúrese de que la uñeta
metálica del portacanillas encaje en la hendidura en la parte su-
perior de la anilla tal como se indica en la fig. C.
NOTA:
Si el portacanillas no se encuentra bien colocado en la máquina, se
saldrá de la lanzadera inmediatamente después de empezar a coser.

1. Вращая маховик на себя (против часовой стрелки),
полностью поднимите иглу и поднимите рычаг прижимной
лапки.
2. Снимите крышку челночного устройства, расположенную за
съемным столиком с передней стороны машины. Оттяните
защелку шпульного колпачка на себя и выньте колпачок из
челночного устройства. (рис. A)
3. Отмотайте около 10 см нити с полной шпульки и вставьте
шпульку в шпульный колпачок. (См. рис. B-1.) Проведите
конец нити через прорезь, затем вниз и влево, как показано
на рис. B-2, пока нить не войдет в подающее ушко под
натяжной пружиной. (рис. B-3)
4. Возьмите шпульный колпачок за защелку, полностью
вставьте его в челночное устройство и отпустите защелку.
Палец шпульного колпачка должен войти в верхний паз
челнока, как показано на рис. C.
ПРИМЕЧАНИЕ:
Если шпульный колпачок установлен неправильно, он выпадет
из челнока сразу после начала шитья.
