The ROW repurposes the Wake on LAN (WOL)

Enables ROW.
ROW repurposes the WOL signal to reboot the

system board when the system is in S0/S3 state. When

a WOL packet is received by the NIC, the wake up

signal generated by the NIC shall cause a hardware

reboot of the system board.
