Verify Duplexer is listed in the system settings under Printer Options . d.
If the duplexer is not listed, turn off the multifunction printer, unplug the power cable, and
reinstall the optional duplexer.
If you installed the optional duplexer after installing the printer driver, update your driver by following
the instructions for each operating system. If the multifunction printer is on a network, update the
driver for each client. 11.

Click Start Control Panel Hardware and Sound Printers . 1.
Right-click the multifunction printer and select Properties . 2.
Click the Options tab, and then select Get Information from Printer . 3.
Click Apply , and then click OK . 4.

Click Start Printers and Faxes . 1.
Right-click the multifunction printer and select Properties . 2.
