3.6.5.9 Description of the SSM safety function

The SSM function only performs monitoring; it indicates when the speed of the axis is within the range
specified by the SSM parameters. The SSM monitoring is activated by entering values in the SSM
parameters (n_UL_SSM_x or n_LL_SSM_x in Figure 32 unequal to 0). The status is set if the current speed
is within the limits n_UL_SSM 32 Bit (UL-Upper limit) and n_LL_SSM 32 Bit (LL-Lower limit).
