Deleting Static Port Trunks

Caution

To prevent the formation of loops and broadcast storms in your
network, disconnect the cables from the ports of a trunk before
deleting it.

To delete a port trunk from the stack:

1. From the Home page, click the Configuration button.

2. From the Configuration menu, click the Layer 1 button.

3. Click the Port Trunking tab, shown in Figure 19 on page 72.

4. Click the radio button of the port trunk you want to delete and click the

Remove button. The port trunk is deleted from the switch. You can
delete only one trunk at a time.

5. To save your changes in the master configuration file, click the Save

Config button in the Configuration menu.
