User Manual Importing files


If you can see a red triangle in text fields on the workspace, the imported data
does not fit in the field.
Not all of the text is displayed or printed.
You will need to shorten the text or reduce the font size! (see also "Adjust font
size")
Automated Import
If you have previously imported a file and saved the import routine, (see "Step 8: Saving and
fini
shing “), you can reuse the routine.

Start the import process as described in the section "Starting the import".
Selecting the source file

Click on the Find... button. A dialog appears, where you can select the file you want to
import.

Select the file you want to import and click on the Open button.
