USING THE BYPASS KEY DURING EFFECT EDITING

Individual Effect Blocks may be independently bypassed during the Effect Edit process. This is especially helpful
for isolating the Effect Block that you are currently editing, so you can focus you attention to the job at hand.
Additionally, the Bypass Key may be used to Select an Effect Block that may not be active in the Preset that you are
editing, thus enabling the Effect and allowing access to editing.

To Bypass or Enable an Effect Block during Effect Editing

1. If the Effect is

active

in the Preset being edited, push the [BYPASS] key to turn this Effect OFF. The green LED

will now “Flash” (off period longer than on) indicating that this Effect is now Bypassed.

2. If the Effect is

not active

in the Preset being edited, push the [BYPASS] key to turn this Effect ON. The green

LED will now “Blink” (on period longer than off) indicating that this Effect is now Active.
