Sound played by

your computer is

inaudible or too soft

Could the monitor select switch be in the inward position (headphones only)?
If this is set to headphones only, the output of the main output jacks will be

muted.

Are any channels muted or soloed?
If mute is turned on, that channel will not produce sound. If solo is turned on for

a channel, the other channels will not produce sound.
Clear the mute and solo settings as described in “CLEAR MUTE/SOLO” (p. 60).

Try adjusting the audio buffer size of the driver
If the size of the driver’s audio buffer is too small, sound may not be produced,

or it may be impossible to carry out normal playback and recording.
In such cases, you should refer to “Driver Settings” (p. 69), and increase the size of

the buffer.

Are you using the correct connector?
Connect your guitar to the INPUT 2 combo input jack.

Is the input impedance select switch set correctly?
Set the input impedance select switch to the Hi-Z position.

Try turning the OCTA-CAPTURE’s [SENS] knob toward the right to increase the

input level.

Make connections using a cable that does not contain an internal resistor.
