Connecting to a Computer via Wi-Fi

If the Wi-Fi connection is terminated while recording a movie with remote
shooting, the following will occur.
• If the Live View shooting/Movie shooting switch is set to <

>, movie
recording will continue.
• If the Live View shooting/Movie shooting switch is set to <

>, movie
recording will stop.

When the Live View shooting/Movie shooting switch is set to <
k
> and the
camera is set to the movie recording mode using EOS Utility, you cannot
operate the camera to shoot.
o
With a Wi-Fi connection to EOS Utility established, certain functions are
unavailable.
o
In remote shooting, the AF speed may become slower.
o
Depending on the communication status, image display or shutter release
timing may be delayed.
o
In Remote Live View shooting, the rate of image transmission is slower
compared to a connection via an interface cable. Therefore, moving subjects
cannot be displayed smoothly.
