Precautions When Using GP-E2
o Be sure to check the countries and regions where its use is allowed, and use
the function in accordance with the laws and regulations of the country or
region.
o Make sure the GP-E2 fi rmware is updated to Ver. 2.0.0 or later. Firmware
updating requires an interface cable. For updating instructions, visit the Canon
website.
o The cable cannot be used to connect the camera to the GP-E2.
o The camera does not record the shooting direction.
